From the very beginning, when you contact us to confirm your attendance, we will check your preferences so that we can prepare a tailor-made meal: salads, meat, desserts and much more...
We will be waiting for you with an Argentine picada (bites): salami, escabeche, different kinds of cheese, breads and a welcoming glass of excellent wine.
As a starter you will have the chance of trying achuras: chorizos (seasoned sausages), mollejas (sweetbreads), crispy chinchulines and other yummy offals.
The main course consists of different cuts of meat. Usually starting with cow ribs (asado de tira) followed by the most delicious types of beef (vacio, bife de chorizo, matambre, pechito de cerdo). Rare, medium or well done.
Wines and salads are always the best complement as well as our sauces like criolla and chimichurri.
For dessert you could taste a homemade budin de pan or apple pie or fruit salad with dulce de leche or cream.
You can enjoy our pool, which is always available.
We can arrange for a car to pick you up and take you back to your hotel if needed.
Tango dancing can be included if you ask for it.
How to prepare a typical Argentine Asado
Starting the fire: use paper and some dry twigs trying to create a void in the center for the coal to burn sooner... but never try to hurry the fire.
Spread the well lit embers below the grill. Place the meat with the side of the bone facing the grill. Season it only with salt. Thickest pieces go first.
Meat is cooked very slowly on the grill over an even heat. Once the color is crispy it can be turned upside down.
All of it, bone or boneless.
The achuras are added to the grill later. Their cooking is faster.
They're ready sooner by using a thicker bed of embers.
You can skip the salad, you can avoid the sauces, you can choose among rare, medium or well done, but... do not forget the wine.
